According to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a product or giving up a service expires within 14 days from the day when the consumer takes possession of the ordered product.
You have two ways to compensate for the return:
1. Replacing the returned product with another available on ezramobile.ro
2. Receipt of the value of the returned product (its value at the time of purchase).
Along with the return request, specify the chosen compensation method.
1. If you choose to replace the product with another product available on misticoshoes.ro but the value of the product is different from that of the returned product, we will proceed as follows:
- if the product you choose is cheaper, we will return the difference to your bank account.
- if the chosen product is more expensive, you will pay the refund difference upon receipt of the package or in advance, by bank transfer.
2. If you opt for a refund, please let us know on comenzi@ezramobile.ro următoarele informații: codul IBAN, de 24 de caractere, precum și numele întreg al titularului cardului.
The money is returned exclusively by bank account, the packages that are sent to us in a refund system, are not received. Payment of the return is made within 14 calendar days of confirmation of receipt of the return and all information necessary to make the payment (correct IBAN and account holder). Please call us at no. 0732 884 532 pentru a grăbi procesul de returnare a banilor!
Return costs:
- To send the product back to us, do NOT send with the courier company GLS Romania, because GLS does not work with individuals. Send with Fan Courier, Cargus, etc!
- The transport costs related to the return are borne by the customer.
- In case the product was delivered to you other than the one ordered, or the ordered product has manufacturing defects, contact us within 72 hours to report this situation. We will replace the product with a new one or we will refund your money. Situation in which the transport expenses are borne by EZRA TIM SRL

Conditions for returning products:
- Within 30 calendar days, notify us by phone or email of your intention to return the product.
- The product must not show signs of wear.
- At the time of delivery to the transport company, the product must be properly packaged. In the original box they were at least in another box, along with all the documents that accompanied it. Do not damage during transport.
- We reserve the right to refuse and send back to you any product that shows signs of wear and does not exactly meet the return conditions. Exceptions are only cases where the products have a manufacturing defect.
Product warranty:
For the products purchased from ezramobile.ro we offer a commercial guarantee of 14 days from the date of purchase, only in case of observance of all the conditions of maintenance and use of the products.
